I consult and perform most cataract operations at Exeter Eye at Admiral House.  This is a purpose built facility with state-of-the art equipment. All surgery here is performed under local anaesthetic as a day-case procedure.  I also operate at my NHS base at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.  All retinal surgery occurs here together with some cataract surgery. I also perform cataract surgery at the Nuffield Hospital in Exeter.  At both the RD&E and Nuffield Hospital there is the facility for general anaesthesia on the rare occasion that it is needed.

Our locations

All three sites have state-of-the art ophthalmic surgical equipment and provide excellent care to my patients.

Exeter Eye

My main consultation rooms are based at Admiral House in Exeter as part of the Exeter Eye group of ophthalmic consultants. It is very conveniently situated in Exeter with excellent parking and very close to the M5 motorway.

Royal Devon & Exeter

The West of England Eye Unit (WEEU) is a purpose built facility within the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. It is conveniently located on passing through the main entrance of the hospital to the right of the reception area.

Exeter Nuffield

I am able to perform cataract surgery and injection treatment for macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and retinal vein occlusions at the Exeter Nuffield. Surgery can be under local or general anaesthetic at this facility.
